I guess he's got a few more games to go before the call needs to be made. I don't like the Flames Brass PR chances if they fire him down and he continues to perform like this. The argument of burning 1 year of elc on this season is moot. If the kid is playing at an NHL level its where he will learn the most...nevermind the chemistry he is developing with Baertschi, etc. This season is starting off way more positively than my gut was prepping me for.
