I have the Roku 3 and it is a pretty versatile device. I use it to run Plex mostly because it is more stable than a jail broken Apple TV 2. The knock against Roku is the GUI is certainly not as polished as the apple tvs.

I haven't tried gamecenter, I still use atv for that. Also while Netflix works perfectly on the Roku it does not support multiuser, so I use the ATV Netflix. For mutiple users of Netflix (especially kids) the multiuser is a must. Hopefully the Roku updates the app to support it soon.
