I agree with you, I've never believed the propaganda line that the Oilers are in year four of their rebuild. They've been constantly rebuilding and changing their on ice philosophy since they lost the cup.
They've had more first round draft picks then seasons since that last good stretch.
They just continually throw their horses behind different prospects only to discard them when they fail.
