If Toronto doesn't trade Collaros then I would be shocked if Ottawa doesn't pick him. I wouldn't be surprised to see them try and go after Burris or Glenn as a veteran through free agency (Glenn is a free agent, right?).

I wouldn't touch Tate with a 10 foot pole if I'm Ottawa. The guy can't stay healthy.
