Unfortunately, it's far too late for that now. They
should have started saving 30+ years ago, but the vast majority of baby boomers have little to no personal retirement investments. Consequently, they'll have no other choice but to continue working (denying career advancement opportunities and lifetime earnings to the younger generations) or use their demographic clout to vote in politicians who promise them more generous government hand-outs (also paid for by the younger generations).
