So without Autoclickers or cheating I am now at 180 Billion CPS (500 heavenly chips).

You can get 66 quad cookie chains now, You just need to build up your bank to 26 quad and then about 1 in 5 cookie chains will give you them. This makes Red cookies better than gold cookies as soon you get 26q in the bank.
