I remember when he was first hired, there was an interview with him where he talked about how he first got into coaching. Went on to explain how his first season was all losses ha, and that he went home each night practically crying.
The anecdote makes me feel more comfortable with him stewarding a 'not so good on paper' type of team. He's a passionate guy, but my guess is he'll be the last to give up on the team and / or start throwing people under a bus. I could see him sticking around here for a while.
