Great Post. I think thats the key as well is seeing just how serious this organizaiton will be with guys that take nights off and don't show up. We've seen in previous years players getting a pass so it will be interesting to see how this year shapes up.
I also want to add that I never once did say we should fire Hartley. I just wanted to gather various opinions on whether or not he is the right coach for this team as he was brought in to win during a time when we had a very different organizational philosophy. If I wanted to get someone fired just go search in my history for my "Time to get rid of D Sutter" thread.
