I would not want to ship Glencross out for D and replace him with another rookie/AHLer. Just because the flames have been leading in a couple games is no reason to forget that it is going to be a very rough season and it will be useful to have a vet with decent skill and size who can play top 6. We already have Sven, Monahan, Colborne, Bouma, Street in the lineup. No reason to trade him because he made two bad plays so far this year, he is a good player and likes it here.

Also he took at least ~$1M discount for his no trade clause and the flames have gotten in trouble before disrespecting loyalty(Ference).

I would just wait and trade Cammalleri at the deadline.

Then again the defense has not been tested with an injury yet and isnt any deeper than the forwards...
