I am leaning towards the RX2 since the disc brakes would help on wet roads.

What are you looking to use this bike for? Leisure rides along the path? Commute? Off-road? Summer rides? Winter? All weather?
You are looking at some somewhat different bikes from each other so I'm curious what led you to narrow your search down to them.
