It's not one play. Glencross is a very undisciplined player. He's not the kind of guy you want providing 'leadership' on a young team where any success will come from playing hard every shift and being extremely disciplined about defensive responsibilities and penalties.
I'd do Glencross for Luke Schenn straight across. Glencross' value at the deadline will be maybe a late first. You're pretty happy if a late first develops into a 4th defenseman, and at 23 Schenn is past the growing pains part of his development, and five years ahead of where a player drafted in 2014 would be.
