While i agree with most that he should be given the full year, how can you be 100% sure he is the right coach?
Yes the flames came out playing well, but it's only been 3 games. For all we know the flames peaked already and are in for a 15 game losing streak.
To say that he is 100% the coach for this group is not correct.
