I think he's doing a very good job on getting them to play a more successful forechecking game. They are doing most of the little things right. Most of the goals that have been scored on us have been because of poor defensive play by a wide range of players and mediocre goaltending. That's more of a talent issue more than anything else.

We are going to suck, but as long as he teaches them to give a similar effort level in each game, then they will learn good habits, which will be good in a couple years.
