I think the proverbial jury is out on the bolded sentence.
People are saying "hey, we got him for a 4th and that's basically nothing," which is fine if you concede that the other team agreed to accept basically nothing for him.
Time will tell and I'm content to let it play out. As I said earlier, I just hope this isn't a vanity project for Burke. That would be more unwelcome news than the Flames picking up a player that didn't pan out.
