I think the rule should be if you use your arms or legs to take out your opponent's legs (either a slew-foot or an MMA tackle), you get a 5 minute match penalty, game misconduct, and disciplinary hearing.

Also, if you punch your opponent after he has fallen to the ice, you get a 2 minute unsportsmanlike penalty, and if you throw more than one punch on a down player, you get 5.
