Absolutely, instigator on both. I think there's a little bit of argument for the Iginla fight because after suffering a pretty big and risky hit, he asked the guy and he agreed, whereas Wilson pretty much just went after him. Either way, if the instigator penalty is going to exist, it needs to be used. Had Hillen (I think that's his name?) not been injured and tried to scrap Bouma, I would've questioned the instigator a little bit on that one as well.
