I missed the first period and just had a chance to see the scrap from last night. I am actually furious and wanted to take the temperature in here and see what everyone is thinking.

First of all another "I'm gonna git ya'" after a clean hit...unfortunate that Hillen was hurt on the play but his reflexes did him in there...if he hadn't tried to duck/stretched out he would have been fine IMO.

Regardless, what made me furious is what I saw a few of you commenting on in the game thread...the trip and pant grab of Bouma by Wilson....Bouma came ridiculously close to wrecking his skull thanks to that bush league, epidemic level "I'm done fighting" move.....I think that should be a game and a fine at minimum.....

If you are done fighting, stop throwing and call the refs in....this hero move is only for the fans and someone is going to get hurt bad one day...I know guys have been hurt like this already.

This is not a homer post....I know Flames have done it as well and I think it is just as bush league...think Begin had a bad one close to the boards last year.

What do you guys think? I am not hearing anything on this tactic from the media and I think it's a big deal....am I out to lunch?
