I just watched the game here on Game Center Live, which is the first time I've used it and I would recommend it for people overseas.

I thought the Flames played pretty well. After watching the last 5 years of lazy, mostly uninspired play, they pushed back and dominated the 1st, played ok in the 2nd and 3rd. A couple of stupid penalties need to be avoided, but the team looked alright.

My expectations for the team are pretty low this year. I'm just excited to see Monahan and Sven in the line up and watch the progression of Backlund and Brodie.

Also, Ramo wasn't horrible but he did go down and gets beaten by dekes quite a bit.
