The fact that Rämo did not look terrible IS a positive. I mentioned it in the pre-season and it bears repeating: The Flames' starting goaltender has not played a game on NA ice in four years, and it will almost certainly take the better part of 15-20 games for him to get adjusted. Yeah, he does need to be better, but we should expect that he will make lots of positive adjustments over the course of the next two months. It's silly to complain about him after a 35-save performance in Game #1.
