Attacking zone time is likely heavily in their favour as well.
Still some issues with forwards being too far from the defenders, but that's probably how Hartley wants it.
I see that bank passes off the boards is a big part of his coaching philosophy. Stretching the neutral zone out by wristing the puck low off the boards to a charging forward.
Going to get messy though when those are picked off and the puck transitions back.
Flames also attacking as a 4 man unit more now, seems like usually the dman on the wing closest to the bench side is pressing higher.
