The Calgary Sledge Hockey Association will be holding a Demo Day On Oct 21st, 2013 for anyone interested in trying Sledge Hockey. 7:30 PM Winsport Arena. Free for everyone.
The Association Currently has 3 teams;
A Novice team for Junior Players aged 12 and under
An Intermediate team for Players that just want to have fun and try out the sport
And A Senior team where the compete level rises and physical play is welcome.
We encourage players from all walks of life, Disabled and Able Bodied to come out and try the sport. We have openings on all teams and will be developing new teams to create more competition in the city of Calgary and continue the growth of the sport.
Sleds and Sticks will be provided. Full Hockey equipment is required to play.
if you just want to try out the Sled and see how it feels please bring a hockey helmet with full face protection.
