You can negotiate on almost any brand - the trick is the market you're buying it in.
For example, I don't think you're going to have much leverage negotiating for a Patek from Brinkhaus... they're the only ones in western Canada who sell them. On the flip side, I'm in Dallas right now and was told - without asking - that they would negotiate on a brand new AP, which is as exclusive a brand as Patek, but the difference being I could go to Houston and buy one there if I desired.
