I actually don't mind this idea. I think fighting has a place in hockey but I've never been a fan of the staged fights by fourth liners that serve no purpose other than fighting. This would help eliminate those, but keep fighting in the game for if and when it becomes necessary. For example, when Lucic charged at Miller, someone should have fought him.
