The only thing I may have done differently as the driver of the SUV is possibly swerve sideways at the pricks coming up beside me, and if I had to stop due to traffic in front of me, I definitely would have put it in reverse and backed over whoever was on my ass. I would have kept the vehicle in motion for as long as possible.
