I don't know how things works in the states. But the cops bring forward the concept of charges and the district attorney or grand jury decides to prosecute.

I would think its still not for sure that the SUV driver will not be charged. But the bikers posting the videos is the ultimate in self incriminating stupidity. Is there anyway that the video can be strickened from a trial?

We've seen a lot of people posting videos of criminal activities, the failure of intellect meets social media. The biker in Calgary driving like an idiot. The teens partying at and destroying a former NFL players house, the graduating teens in Ontario that destroyed a hotel, and this. All live and in color. Are the laws of self incrimination going to have to be evaluated and changed?
