Of course with Hartley coaching I don't think there will be a system in place that will allow this team to succeed. I hate to say it, but Brent Sutter would be the perfect coach for this group.

Colombus had the Vezina trophy winner and the benefit of a short season and most importantly as you somewhat mention they didn't really have a tone of success as they finished 9th.
Phoenix again has had great goaltending and moderate success. They also have had more talent than this current Flames team has.
I also did give credit to great coaching earlier and see that as an asset. Unfortunately for the Flames this is another area they are lacking in.
