I thought Burke's words were scathing of young Sven but necessary. He has not looked good in presesaon and that is what Burke is basing his assessment of Baertschi on what he has actually seen.
Maybe the Flames have coddled him too much as there is no arguing Sven plays in spurts and does not take care of duties when the puck is in the Flames end.
I see a lot of similarities to Juice.
Honestly i think Sven has taken a step backwards i think Burke is kicking him in the ass to let Sven know you have to be a much better NHL'r.
