I don't wish to contradict anything CaptainYooh said, but I am not sure the city itself has a suite. I do know that the Saddledome Foundation has a lower bowl suite, and I believe it is by section 105, the last one at that end of the horse shoe. I have seen civic pols there (as at least one Alderman is on the board, the city having three seats on the Foundation)
Most folks know that the owners suite is the large one at centre ice on the player's benches side, but not as well known is that several of the suites on that side are also owned by companies owned by the Flames owners. Large sponsors also have suites, such as Molson (or now Labatt's) and Coke, who have a suite by section 117.
More suites than one would think are not totally owned by one company...lots are (or at least have been in the past) subleased for 5 or 10 games a year.
Many of the suites have nameplates on them denoting at least the primary suite owner. Maybe one of the many 1%ers who have seats in the club can go around one game and jot them down...*G*
