His only option is #1, because it's unlikely he would be in the starting on any other line-up except maybe the Panthers. He would have to be an idiot wanting to go to the KHL at his age when he still has a good shot at the NHL.
Colborne is better than Horak imo and is only one year older. Horak will never be a 2nd line player, at least Colborne has a chance to attain that.
