I'd agree in earlier rounds but when you get to the later rounds, I'll take a chance on a guy starting the season with superstars over the likes of Chris Higgins, David Legwand, Martin Hanzal etc..

I'm usually in 12 team leagues with UTIL spots and playing on a line with superstars warrants being drafted. Depends on your league size for sure.

You can always drop these guys if/when they don't work out.
