This might've been acceptable 10 years ago, but with how the premium networks have raised the bar on dramas the last few years, the major network shows are almost unwatchable.

I agree with this. Really didn't like the pilot. I thought the main female character was terribly unconvincing.
And hasn't the whole "I'm gonna be late for my first day of work!" freakout been done, like, a million times before?
