I don't disagree with you, it just seems like that era was particularly dirty in hindsight. Clearly sprinting has had it's issues since then....which is why part of me is waiting for Usain Bolt to inevitably fail a test. Not really fair to Bolt, as he has never failed one, but with the sports history it's hard not to be skeptical of anyone with success.
I do love the 100m though....it's one of the best parts of the Olympics. Donovan Baileys performance in Atlanta was just as exciting as Johnson in Seoul.

I always liked Donovan.
I will say that of the two, Johnson's is burned into my brain more.
