The speed is there, but once NHL defenders figure out that's his go-to move he's going to get destroyed against the boards a couple times. That's pretty much it.
No question he has great speed. But he relies on that move a lot. It won't be long before it simply isn't available to him.
Talent was never the question though. We'll see if he is ever a consistent NHLer.
