I'm starting to wonder if he's going to completely lose his #### tomorrow and people will end up badly injured or dead. I know he spoke calmly with the police this evening but still...this just seems like it will go south, very badly.
I hope it doesn't, but he escalated to physical violence with his prior landlord in Montreal. Seems like he's got a lot more to face this time around and that he will escalate again, and worse than before.
I really hope that anyone that has to deal with him in the next few days don't end up hurt or worse. I think if I were the people living on the other side of that duplex, I'd be packing up my most precious items & pertinent papers (birth certs, passports, mortgage or rental agreements, marriage certs, anything important like that) and vacating the premises for a few days, just in case.
