My work day starts officially at 10'oclock. I thought that was rather ridiculous....until i noticed people tend to waltz in at 1030 and 1100.
Of course a lot of people stay till 7-8 and beyond on many days too. Personally I have had been at the office till 11pm for the last 29 out of 30 days.
