Well, I'd rather walk by the Drop-In Centre than sleep on that first floor, which is where many people (not even homeless, just drunk people) end up. Cops drop off alot of people there on a nightly basis.
Comparatively speaking, if you've ever seen that floor on a Friday late night, or smelled it, you'd think getting beaten with with a burlap sack full of doorknobs and scorpions would be like a causal walk in the park on a sunny day.
