No skips or dropouts to streaming on any current device (maybe even iOS7, not sure how MPTCP is used in iOS7) is because of buffering and application intelligence, not because of an implementation of MPTCP is on the phone.

Haven't read a lot on this, and forgive me as I'm a pretty deep into a 40 of whisky but if you follow github and know how to add patches you can her this to work. Perhaps it is a buffering thing but if it don't skip I don't care why...
It took some hacking to do this and honestly see no benefit outside of having a higher data bill for it but it works.
Time lines are probably off as I have no idea how long I have had my nexus and S3.
Bottom line is my streaming doesn't skip or pause, don't care why as I'm sure 90% of the I just want a phone that works people do. It works.
