Got my 5s today. Overall it's a more refined version of the iPhone 5, obviously. The Touch ID has only failed me once in dozens of unlocks, and each in less than a second. There is literally no wait time for anything, and it's becoming more noticeable through regular use. I got the phone with about 70% battery out of the box, did my iCloud restore and turned on iTunes Match (sucks battery in my experience), used the phone all day and I'm still at 20%.
Something I learned the other day that is actually an iOS 7 feature called multipath TCP. It's the first time a commercial product has implemented the technology, and means the phone is able to be connected simultaneously to multiple data connections (ie. LTE+wifi). It means if you're streaming radio in the house before leaving, you can walk on the door and it won't drop the signal and rebuffer the stream. Things like this is why I stay with Apple.
