The kid didn't win the Heisman because he is lucky and just tosses up prayers.
Plus in games against what is the best defense in the country, and has been praised as an NFL type defense, he has only put up over 70% completion rate with 7 TDs, 2 interceptions, and over 700 yards passing.
I think his off field issues are blinding people to how good of a football player Johnny Manziel actually is. I have a feeling people just don't like the kid so they want to see him bust.

Well I haven't watched every game, but I've seen him routinely heave balls into situations that call on his WR to make the play. He relies on being more athletic than the defense, and uses that to take advantage when they break down. That's great, and he should use it, but that advantage won't exist at the next level.
