Exclamation [ACTION REQUIRED] EA Sports needs you to answer these questions!!

Hey all,

So as I said in the other thread that I started, the EA Sports development team has joined our league as the Vancouver Canucks in order to nail down this issue we're having with the trade screen freezing up.

The EA rep I have been talking to has asked that anyone affected by this glitch answer the following questions.

Please post your answers in this thread. I will either direct the EA rep here, or I'll collect the responses and send them off to him. I've included my own answers as an example to follow.

For the internet speed question, if you don't know the answer, you can look up your plan on the Shaw/Telus website, or use http://www.speedtest.net

Do you ever encounter lag while playing: Yes, a little bit. Typically when the game lags (either on startup or in the menu), it will always freeze up when you actually start a game. A hard reboot is the only way to get around this, and it's intermittent.

Custom Music enabled: Yes, but the only thing that has changed is the Goal Horn, for two teams (Chicago and San Jose), and that was only changed recently. This was happening before the custom music was enabled.

Are any Parental Restrictions enabled: No

Steps to reproduce the Issue: Start up GM Connected, and enter the trade screen.

Are any of you guys on the Digital Download?: No

if yes did you convert it from the Early Release?:

Comments: I have personally only seen this once or twice, but most of the trades I've done were executed from the app, so I never had to enter the trade screen that much.
