Why do they need to accumulate picks? Either they or Jacksonville are picking #1, and if its the Jaguars, the Browns will have to give up three 1st round picks to move up one spot. As we've seen with RGIII, thats a very risk proposition. Besides while Teddy Bridgewater looks to be a lock at #1 right now, Tajh Boyd and Brett Hundley also look to be really good prospects. If the Browns get any of the 3, they'll be good, so trading more picks just to get Bridgewater seems excessive.
Of course this is the Browns, so odds are they'll take Braxton Miller as their franchise QB.
