In this case - between what he's made on his pro contracts and the financial support he'd get from a CIS team he'd be better off than just going straight to university after junior. (assuming of course he finished high school and can get into a university).

The University degree on a free ride scholarship has some pretty significant value even though the players dont actually get paid all that much.
