I sent you a PM regarding Sigma 10-20.

I collect lenses, mostly Nikon, Hasselblad, Carl Zeiss and Leica-R. In general, when buying an expensive Nikon AF lens over $1,000, it is much safer to buy it from a local store, because of the potential warranty issues. I prefer Saneal Cameras; their prices are usually same or better than Vistek, although Vistek is a much nicer store with a better selection of other photography related stuff. Canadian warranty on Nikon lenses is better than US. B&H does a lot of online business and, sometimes can beat Canadian prices, when US promos are in–place. But, warranty can be tricky. You have to obtain warranty service through them.

Sigma has a niche for wide-angle lenses (8mm fisheye, 8-16, 10-20), but they are fairly expensive, when purchased new locally ($700 to $900). I would recommend buying them used.
