Guilty Pleasures!
Been a long time since we had one of these threads. Time to own up to your “guilty pleasures”. What is a guilty pleasure you ask? Its something that you really really like…but know you shouldn’t.
For example:
Nirvana is NOT a guilty pleasure.
Nickleback is.
The TV show Lost is NOT a guilty pleasure
The OC is.
Top Sirloin Steak is NOT a guilty pleasure
Chicken on the Way is.
My current guilty pleasures include the following:
TV
Gilmore Girls…I realize its way to sugary sweet but darn it all…I like the stupid show.
American Inventor…Rip off of American Idol with people presenting their inventions instead. Not sure if actually is a guilty pleasure or just a darn good show.
Justice League Unlimited…Great toon!
Music
I like the new Nickleback song L
I own “The Best of ChristopherCross” on CD, as well as Kriss Kross' "Jump" (with the Macdaddy and the Daddymac)
I really am into bad early 90s dance music.
Movies
I watched the sappy movie “Love Actually” on the weekend for the third time. Its embarrassingly cheesy.
For some reason that even I don’t understand anymore I own the movie “Bounce” on DVD starring “Benyth”.
Food
The aforementioned “Chicken on the Way” is a big time guilty pleasure of mine right now.
