Isn't the LEED gold certification for recreation buildings a bit early to be included as a deficit in the process? I mean I understand that this is the city standard (and its one I support wholeheartedly), but I think only the Trico centre expansion is the only one in that category at this point?
I guess what I wonder is whether suggesting that this is a deficit when we have one building (and really one renovation) completed is really fair? Maybe there are other projects in the works that make this a huge amount of money, or something else to this that I'm missing?
