If they've got an outlet, a camera and a laptop then they can do it there. This isn't complex and it wouldn't require a bunch of the building's resources. They already do a practical broadcast on the Energy Board anyways. Literally all it would take is to split the output from the control room to the scoreboard and stream that feed. Even with all the promotions, I would be quite alright with even that!
