Maybe talk to us about your diet and we can get some ideas going. I think diet conversation is pretty huge. This is a great place to spitball.
I've found that my died and DDP doesn't have super high speed results. I'm down 31 pounds. I've lost 6 inches off of my waist. I know I have way better definition in my arms and chest and my legs have certianly shrunk.
