Probably sometime this evening. Most of us will be picking up a copy of the game at some point today, and jedaco will likely create the league this evening, at which point we'll be able to join.
There's still one GM who has to pick a team, but if he doesn't by 9AM, then he'll just be randomly assigned one of the remaining teams.
