Homeland S1 was good for me, but I found myself cringing from embarrassment at times bad during the first few episodes of S2. Eventually, I stopped watching it altogether. Just seemed to hit that "over the top" apex a lot quicker than 24 ever did. Mind you, I suppose 24 is actually to blame for that...

Next up for me is probably Mad Men. I see it's on Netflix, and I've been meaning to give it a shot for a while now. Eventually I'll start watching Breaking Bad at some point too. Not right now, though.
