I am at almost 4 months without a smoke now with the help of my e-cig. I wouldn't have been able to quit without it.
The way I feel now puffing my e-cig multiple times a day vs smoking cigarettes isn't even close. I am way better off now in terms of my lungs and energy level. My cardio is 100% better also.
E-cigs are a great tool in the fight against smoking and in my experience are not even a drop in the bucket to cigarettes in terms of being harmful.
